Glenfort Timber Engineering, designed, manufactured, and installed this oak post & beam frame.
The structure is located at the rear carpark, which you walk through to access the shopping center.
The complete oak frame is cladded in oak weatherboard sheeting, also the lower carpark walls were cladded with kiln-dried oak boards with recessed lighting strips and EV charging stations.
Glenfort also manufactured three substantial oak doors on a sliding rail system, which could be opened for simpler access to the shopping center during busy periods.
This project involved sourcing premium-sized structurally graded oak beams over 9m long, specifically selected from French forestry.
