The Urban Regeneration and Development Fund Projects in Roscommon town centre supported the development of a planned sequence of initiatives that will link the regeneration of the centre with the remainder of the town. The Pavilion roof structure is crafted using Douglas Fir glulam beams and solid Douglas Fir rafters, supported by polished pre-cast concrete columns, along with a striking copper roof which adds a finishing touch to the timber elements. Glenfort Timber Engineering manufactured, engineered, and installed the timber structure. All contractors used compatible BIM software, resulting in comprehensive fabrication and smooth on-site fitting.
